Job summary

ICIS is seeking an insightful Data Analyst to join the Customer Intelligence team in the City of London. You will turn customer, product and commercial data into practical insights, supporting decision-making and improving retention, engagement and performance.

You will collaborate with customer researchers and cross-functional partners, working with Python, SQL and Power BI to deliver automation, dashboards and leadership-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to handle complex datasets.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, modelling and automation.
• Experience with SQL querying and data manipulation.
• Power BI data visualization and storytelling.
• Excellent Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders.
• Attention to data quality and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and Insight Generation: analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Data Management and Reporting: extract, clean and analyse data to support dashboards and insight packs.
• Data Science, Automation and AI Readiness: automate recurring analysis and support modelling and proof-of-concept work.
• Data Visualisation and Storytelling: create Power BI dashboards to communicate performance to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration and Business Partnership: work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions.
