Harnham is recruiting a commercially minded Data Analyst to drive decisions across retail operations, customer experience and insights. You will analyse customer, retail and commercial performance to uncover actionable insights that improve retention, store performance and growth.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, build dashboards using SQL, Excel and BI tools, and translate data into practical recommendations to support store openings, campaigns and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Data Analyst, Customer Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Insight Analyst role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Proven ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in customer behaviour and retail performance.

• Support new store openings and expansion decisions through data-led recommendations.
