You will join the Innovation team, collaborating with the Service Designer to uncover customer needs, behaviours and experiences, guiding future services and improving current operations.

The role favours a user-centred mindset, with experience in customer insight, user research, behavioural research or design research.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer insight, user research, behavioural research or design research or a related field.
• You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, bringing different perspectives and evidence together to build a shared understanding of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Help us understand our customers and make evidence-based decisions.
• Work in the Innovation team alongside the Service Designer to combine qualitative and quantitative data.
