Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Telford seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional service across diverse customers and channels. You will build relationships, handle enquiries, and support on multiple communication platforms within a collaborative team.

Role requires proactive, organized individuals; after an initial 3-month period in the Telford office, a hybrid arrangement with a 3-day office minimum is available. 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in office, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
• Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to a wide range of customers across multiple platforms.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts and colleagues.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries from start to finish.
