Sage Homes in Northampton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, acting as the first point of contact across phone, email and digital channels.
You will complete probation with learning phase in office, then hybrid arrangement up to two days from home each week, aiming to resolve enquiries and provide accurate advice while collaborating with internal teams.

About the role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism and a commitment to finding solutions.
We want to set you up for success, so you’ll spend your first three months office-based learning the role and getting to know the team. Once you’ve successfully completed probation, you’ll be able to enjoy our hybrid working arrangement of up to two days working from home each week.
