Responsabilités

• Provide daily support in order‑to‑delivery processes.
• Support the Center of Excellence and field sales teams.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritise and resolve.
• Register and document client or patient details in systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and project work where needed.
