Medtronic is building a new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization and seeks Customer Care Specialists who excel in a fast-paced environment. You will handle complex inquiries, drive operational excellence, and contribute to projects while remaining connected to day-to-day interactions that impact patient care.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with minimal travel and opportunities to improve processes, using your English and French language skills and prior customer

Qualificações

• High School Diploma with 4+ years, or Associate's/Bachelor's with relevant experience in customer service.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing complex customer situations and escalations.
• Experience analyzing operational data and applying insights for improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert for complex customer inquiries and escalated issues.
• Manage customer transactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer and operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in projects, system implementations, and UAT activities.
• Support compliance with policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify improvements.
• Support knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and training across the team.
