Job summary

Aster Group is seeking a Contract Support Officer to join its Property Safety team in Andover. You’ll provide operational and technical support across water safety, asbestos management, fire safety, lifting equipment, CCTV, emergency lighting and more, ensuring critical servicing and compliance tasks are delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll coordinate with Contract Managers, service providers and internal stakeholders, analyse data, prepare KPI reports and support audits, with a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contracts, projects or maintenance services.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with databases, CRM or job management systems.
• Ability to analyse data, produce reports and monitor performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of compliance and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and monitoring of property safety servicing contracts.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure schedules meet legal requirements.
