Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association is seeking a Compliance Contracts Officer to help keep our homes safe and compliant across a diverse property portfolio. You will work with the Property Services team to oversee landlord compliance programmes, procure and mobilise contracts, and monitor contractor performance to meet regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in compliance, fire safety or building safety, plus strong planning, reporting and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, property maintenance, building safety or housing environment.
• Knowledge of fire safety compliance and wider areas including asbestos, water safety and lift safety.
• Experience of supporting or managing contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor landlord compliance programmes and contracts across NCHA's housing stock.
• Support fire safety contracts: Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspection programmes.
• Monitor compliance activity and identify non-compliance areas and ensure works meet statutory requirements.
