RG Setsquare is seeking an Asset Compliance Contract Support to assist the Contract Manager in delivering asset compliance contracts within a social housing environment. This hybrid role is based in London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, paying 30.53 umbrella per hour on a 3-month ongoing contract, 35 hours per week.

You will monitor contractor performance, maintain accurate records, manage budgets, raise purchase orders and support regular contract review meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract management or asset compliance within social housing.
• Knowledge of statutory/regulatory requirements in asset management.
• Experience working in social housing, property services or asset management.

We are currently recruiting for an Asset Compliance Contract Support professional to support the Contract Manager in the delivery of a portfolio of asset compliance contracts within a social housing environment. This is a hybrid role base din London (3 days in office and 2 days at home) paying 30.53 umbrella an hour and is 3 months ongoing 35 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in contract management, property compliance, asset management or social housing who is confident working with contractors, monitoring performance and ensuring regulatory requirements are met

The Role

You will support the Contract Manager with the effective delivery and performance management of asset compliance contracts, including:

• Supporting planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and equipment replacement programmes.
• Monitoring and challenging contractor performance against agreed standards and KPIs.
• Collecting, analysing and presenting performance information.
• Arranging and supporting regular contract review meetings, including financial and operational performance reviews.
• Responding to contractor, tenant and internal queries and complaints.
• Maintaining accurate property and asset compliance records.
• Raising purchase and works orders and supporting effective budget monitoring.
• Identifying risks, resolving issues and escalating where appropriate.
• Supporting continuous improvement and ensuring value for money.

About You

• Experience working with contractors and contract performance.
• Knowledge or awareness of asset compliance and statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Experience within social housing, property services, asset management or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of financial controls and budget management.
• The ability to build effective relationships with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders.
