Dudley Council is recruiting an Operations Manager for Property Safety & Compliance to lead a large multidisciplinary team across housing and property services. The role covers fire, electrical, asbestos, gas, water and lift safety, building safety duties, CDM compliance and risk management with flexibility for hours and a hybrid work pattern.

• Senior operational leadership across statutory services in housing and property.
• Ability to work flexibly outside standard hours.
• Reports to the Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a large multidisciplinary team responsible for safety and compliance of the Council's properties, residential and non-residential.
• Account for fire, electrical, asbestos, gas, water and lift safety and maintain statutory responsibilities.
• Lead health and safety risk management, including HHSRS and maintenance-related risks, with CDM compliance.
