Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd (NCHA) is seeking a Compliance Contracts Officer to oversee landlord compliance programmes across our housing stock. You will work with the Compliance Contracts Manager to deliver fire safety contracts, monitor performance and support procurement, ensuring statutory obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, property maintenance, building safety or housing environment.
• Knowledge of fire safety compliance and related areas (asbestos, water, lift safety).
• Experience in supporting or managing contractors and service providers.
• Experience planning and delivering programmes to timescales and budgets.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to monitor, analyse and report performance.
• Experience in procurement or contract administration would be advantageous.
• Good IT skills and record-keeping.
• Commitment to customer outcomes and NCHA values.
• Fire safety qualification such as NEBOSH would be beneficial.
• Full driving licence; travel to sites required.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of fire safety contracts and programmes.
• Monitor landlord compliance activity and identify non-compliance areas.
• Ensure compliance-related works are completed in line with regulations.
• Complete reports, records and documentation for monitoring.
• Assist with procurement and mobilisation of compliance contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance and support contract management.
• Track and report contract KPIs and take action on underperformance.
• Carry out pre-, post- and monitored inspections of compliance works.
• Support refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects within buildings.
