Hundred Houses Society in Cambridge is seeking an organised Property Compliance Officer to help keep our homes safe and compliant. You’ll support the Compliance and Health & Safety Manager, manage landlord compliance across our housing stock and ensure inspections and certifications are completed on time.

You will maintain accuracy of compliance records, produce dashboards and reports, work with contractors to resolve access issues, and help drive improvements in safety across gas, electrical,

Competenze

• Hands-on property compliance experience within housing or regulated property environments.
• Experience supporting compliance servicing and inspection programmes (gas, electrical, fire, water, asbestos, lifting equipment).
• Proficient with housing management systems, dashboards and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate compliance records and dashboards for reports.
• Quality-check safety certificates to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Monitor programmes and due dates; coordinate with contractors to complete assessments and remedial works on time.
• Raise orders for remedial works; track completion and approve payments within budgets.
• Report on compliance and contractor performance against KPIs; flag issues early.
• Support audits with clear evidence and documentation.
• Assist customers with compliance questions and arrange access.
