This role is within Operational Excellence and reports to the Director Operational Excellence & Performance. This role is responsible for leading continuous improvement across Commercial Lines, driving process optimisation, efficiency and performance through structured delivery and capability development.
The role is accountable for team performance within a defined business area or specialised function, ensuring operational goals are met through effective leadership, resource planning, and process optimisation.
