This role is within Operational Excellence and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager. Responsible for leading continuous improvement within assigned business areas, driving measurable service, efficiency and productivity outcomes through process optimisation and change delivery.
The role provides support to the function by executing assigned activities accurately, applying growing professional knowledge, collaborating with others, and escalating non‑standard issues where appropriate.
