Job summary

Gravesham Borough Council is seeking a Content and Forms Designer to support the Lead Content Designer and Lead Forms Developer in maintaining and improving the council’s websites, online content and digital forms.

You will work with internal departments to help create clear, accessible content and intuitive customer journeys, building on a working knowledge of HTML and a willingness to learn. Hybrid working, 37 hours per week, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML essential.
• Experience using a Content Management System to create, update and maintain website content.
• Experience developing online forms.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and publication of accessible web content for residents.
• Review and update website content to keep it clear, concise and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve web content and promote best practices.
• Assist with designing, developing and improving intelligent web forms using Granicus.
