Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join a high-profile public sector initiative in London on an initial 6-month contract. The role requires designing clear, accessible content across digital services in collaboration with researchers, service designers, PMs and developers.

You will design, test and iterate content, ensuring consistency with GOV.UK content principles and accessibility standards while working within Agile teams and engaging with stakeholders.

• Simplify complex information and processes into content that is easy for users to understand.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and established government content principles.
• Contribute to content strategies, patterns and standards across services.
• Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements while advocating for user needs.
• Participate in user research and use findings to continuously improve content.
• Ensure consistency of tone, terminology and style across digital journeys.
