Stonewater is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to join our supportive team in a hybrid role based between our Bournemouth Hub and home. You’ll handle a wide range of customer enquiries across repairs, tenancy management, and allocations, delivering first-time resolutions.

Initial office-based probation and shift pattern Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with flexible hybrid working as you progress. A collaborative, community-focused environment awaits.

• Provide first-time resolutions and exceptional service for customers.
