Job summary

Stonewater is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor in Bournemouth for a hybrid role that is 60–80% based at our Bournemouth Hub, with the remainder from home. Initially, the role is office-based during the probation period.

You will handle a wide range of customer enquiries across repairs, income, tenancy management, lettings and allocations, delivering first-time resolutions and exceptional service within a supportive team that values development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of customer enquiries across repairs, income, tenancy management, lettings and allocations.
• Provide first-time resolutions and exceptional service for customers in general needs, supported housing, home ownership and retirement living.
• Work in a hybrid role with Bournemouth Hub, with home-working when appropriate.
