Capita HAAS, delivering the Health Assessment Advisory Service for Personal Independence Payment, seeks clinical assessors in Leicester. The role focuses on structured assessments, producing evidence-based reports, and informing DWP decisions. Training and flexible hybrid work are provided.

You will join a values-driven Capita team with a focus on quality, compliance and client outcomes, while enjoying a mix of clinic and home-working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Must be NMC/HCPC registered with a valid PIN and no current restrictions.
• Minimum of one year’s post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and detailed reports.

Aufgaben

• Conduct structured assessments to evaluate how conditions impact daily living.
• Observe, listen and gather information with empathy.
• Produce high-quality, detailed written reports (3,000–4,000 words).
• Provide clear clinical justification to support DWP decisions.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date across a range of conditions.
