Aviva plc in Norwich is seeking a Change Portfolio Manager to coordinate and deliver technology change across Finance SaaS systems. You will work with Finance, IT and service providers to assess impact, prioritise demand, and oversee planning and delivery of enhancements that meet business needs.

The role partners with an offshore Service Desk to ensure a high-quality support service while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology change initiatives within a change portfolio.
• Ability to assess, prioritise and align change requests with business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT and third-party teams.
