Job summary

Experis IT is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate change activity across a complex portfolio of initiatives in Manchester. The role requires senior-level collaboration with programme teams, stakeholders and leaders to ensure readiness and adoption at scale.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end planning, stakeholder engagement and people-centric change across processes, systems and ways of working, balancing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Change Management or Organisational Change roles.
• Proven experience delivering change across enterprise or portfolio initiatives.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Background in large, multi-site or matrixed organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Translate organisational change strategy into clear, actionable change plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on change approach and delivery.
• Ensure people-centred change is Embedded across processes, systems and ways of working.
• Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness planning.
• Manage and coordinate change roadmaps, sequencing activity to minimise change fatigue.
• Ensure change impacts across people, process and technology are clearly understood and addressed.
• Support transition into business-as-usual, embedding change to drive benefits realisation.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, delivery teams and operational management.
• Advise leaders on change risk, readiness and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective, timely and targeted change communications are delivered.
• Support and coach leaders and managers in their role as change sponsors.
• Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to Change Analysts, practitioners or change champions.
• Set clear objectives and priorities across change activity.
• Support the development of organisational change capability.
• Foster a collaborative, learning-focused culture of continuous improvement.
