Aviva plc in Bristol, York or Norwich is seeking a Programme Manager to lead strategic change and technology-enabled transformation across Customer & Marketing. You will oversee governance, delivery performance, risk, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating change across people, process, data and technology.

The role collaborates with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Management to ensure integration, testing, deployment and live service transition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale change, transformation or technology-enabled programmes within complex organisations.
• Strong programme delivery, governance and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
• Experience delivering technical change involving digital platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, data services and integrations.
• Good understanding of technical architecture, delivery dependencies, Agile and DevOps practices.
