Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Change Manager to oversee IT Service Management operations and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in a hybrid London role. The role focuses on ensuring service stability, SLA compliance, and effective change governance across applications and infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive ITIL Change Management experience in large environments.
• Hands-on management of end-to-end Change lifecycle and CAB/eCAB governance.
• Proven ability to govern service delivery, reporting and SLAs.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalents.
• ITIL Foundation Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Govern the ITIL Change Management process across apps and infra.
• Review Normal, Standard and Emergency Changes and chair CAB/eCAB.
• Assess change impact, risk, dependencies, plans and rollback.
• Monitor change outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
• Produce service dashboards and executive reporting.
• Coordinate change schedules to minimize disruption.
