The Gambling Commission is seeking a Business Change Manager to proactively prepare the business for change and bridge our major programmes with departments to ensure the change is planned and benefits are realised. You will lead across a complex portfolio, providing coordination and expert guidance to help the organisation adopt and embed changes.

• Ability to assess how change affects people, processes, and technology.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders to adopt change.
• Experience delivering change management plans and benefits realisation.

• Provide leadership for business change management across projects and programmes.
• Develop vision and standards; champion best practice change management tools and processes.
• Build internal and external networks; assess stakeholder impact to improve adoption of change.
• Lead the creation of required Business Change products and ensure use by project teams.
