Job summary

The role focuses on people-centred change, ensuring adoption and embedding of digital solutions while maximizing user engagement and value.

You will operate at portfolio level, coordinating with HR and vendors, guiding change timing and sequencing, and delivering comprehensive governance,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP).
• Analytical and strategic thinking for managing complex change portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated change plans across programmes and projects.
• Develop a strategic narrative and align multiple changes.
• Apply change frameworks, standards and principles.
• Coordinate end-to-end change journeys with HR and vendors.
• Manage readiness, adoption metrics and governance materials.
• Oversee training plans and adoption support.
