Job summary

The Gambling Commission is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change activities across a portfolio of projects. You will provide leadership, develop standards, and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of changes and realisation of benefits.

Hybrid role based in Birmingham with a fixed-term contract for two years. Competitive civil service pension, holiday entitlement, and flexible working options are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business change from design through to implementation.
• Ability to assess and manage the impact of change on people, processes and technology.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, programme teams and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership for business change activities across projects.
• Develop and promote standards for change management methods and tools.
• Build networks and assess stakeholder impact to improve adoption of change.
• Lead the creation of required Business Change products for projects.
• Ensure change plans align with overall project plan and benefits tracking.
