Job summary

Marble Mayne Recruitment partners with a UK charity to recruit a Business Systems Analyst for a small IT and Business Systems team in Leatherhead. The role involves improving core business systems across CRMs, POS and Microsoft 365, with emphasis on analysis, questions, and practical tech-driven improvements.

You’ll work in a small team, wearing multiple hats, handling user support, training, data quality, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, systems support or business-facing IT role.
• Exposure to CRMs, case management, Point of Sale or stock control is desirable.
• Strong understanding of databases, data quality, reporting and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and training across core business systems.
• Lead system improvements, testing and implementation projects.
• Ensure data quality and secure access; manage integrations with external suppliers/partners.
