Job summary

JobsTrackR in Waterlooville is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maximise the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our organisation. This hands-on role blends business analysis, ERP support and user adoption, working with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to translate requirements into practical improvements.

The successful candidate will help the move from BC 22 on-premises to BC 28 in the cloud, coordinate testing, deliver training and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Experience supporting an ERP system in a commercial environment.
Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience is highly valuable.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing and stakeholder skills.
Willing to travel to other UK sites when required.
Interviews arranged this week.

Responsibilities

Supporting business users with ERP queries and process issues.
Gathering requirements and mapping processes.
Coordinating testing and user acceptance testing.
Delivering end-user training and maintaining documentation.
Working with stakeholders to improve workflows, data quality and system adoption.
Supporting change across the business as the BC upgrade progresses.
