You will analyse needs, document processes, and maintain data structures to ensure compliance and scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, data teams and stakeholders to deliver data-driven HR and analytics products for SMEs under UK law. Hybrid remote in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analysis, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience with data validation, system documentation, and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with API-based integration and relational databases.
