Xist4 IT Limited. in Bristol is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to own the CRM, data and automation landscape. You’ll manage users, permissions and access across SaaS platforms, ensure Power BI reporting remains accurate, and drive improvements by automating processes.
You'll present insights to senior colleagues, shape data quality, and work in a hybrid setup three days in the office. UK work rights required for this role.
£50,000 to £55,000. Permanent.
Bristol, Hybrid, three days a week in the office.
When a system breaks, someone can't get access, or a consultant needs numbers for a pitch by this afternoon, you're who they come to. When something doesn't make sense, you're the one who says so.
Our client is a technology-led professional services firm of around 50 people, whose consultants spend their days with CEOs and boards. They'll expect the person running their systems and data to hold their own in the room.
The systems are modern and integrated: a CRM, Microsoft reporting and automation tools, and the SaaS platforms a small firm runs on. Nothing enterprise-scale. There's no internal IT department, just a managed IT provider for specialist work. The logins, laptops, access and everyday fixes are yours.
You'd be the only person doing this. No systems team, no data team, no weekly brief. You report to the Head of Operations and you're trusted to decide what matters and push back when something is wrong.
Users, permissions, access and configuration. Joiners and leavers. The CRM questions nobody else can answer.
The Power BI reporting is already built. You keep it accurate, improve data quality, find what the numbers are really saying, and take that to senior colleagues with a view on what to do. Some of those figures go in front of clients, so they have to be right.
Automating manual work, and rolling out new software until people actually use it.
Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n, AI tools, managing an outsourced IT provider, systems migration.
You've probably been a Business Systems Administrator, CRM Manager or Systems and Data Specialist, somewhere small enough that you knew how everything fitted together. You're as comfortable in the data as in the systems. People listen to you because you've earned it.
Strong data people are welcome, as long as fixing logins and supporting colleagues is part of the job you want. If it isn't, or you're used to a larger team with a clear remit, this isn't it.
We welcome applicants from every background and will support reasonable adjustments.
