Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central during the move from BC 22 on-premise to BC 28 in the cloud. You will work with the ERP & Business Systems Manager across sites to understand how teams operate, resolve issues and translate requirements into practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an ERP system in a commercial environment is essential.
• Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience would be valuable.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP queries and process issues for business users.
• Gather requirements and map business processes.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to improve workflows and data quality.
• Support change across the business as BC upgrade progresses.
