Job summary

Jugo, Bristol-based startup, is seeking a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle with large organisations, from first conversation to signed contract, in a hybrid role.

You'll build and own an enterprise pipeline, run targeted outbound with Marketing, and shape the GTM strategy as we launch.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, proven six-figure deals, and MEDDICC-style qualification; you thrive in an early-stage company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of enterprise prospects across sales, marketing, communications and leadership teams.
• Run targeted outbound alongside Marketing, and convert inbound leads into opportunities.
• Land multi-seat, multi-team deals and expand them across regions and business units.
• Lead discovery and provide demos in Jugo to showcase a branded world.
• Negotiate terms and guide deals through security, IT and procurement reviews.
