Agora Talent Ltd in London is seeking an enterprise hunter to land and expand with large, regulated organisations. You will own the full sales cycle, from targeting and outbound to close, navigating procurement and security reviews.
This upmarket role focuses on high-value contracts, requires building an enterprise playbook, CRM setup, and collaboration with founders on GTM strategy and pricing.

Reporting directly to the Founders
We’re working with a high-growth SaaS company that has strong traction with some of the most established names in its market, and has just closed a funding round to back the next phase. The founders have taken sales as far as they can themselves. Now they need an enterprise seller who can land and expand with large, complex organisations, and turn that early momentum into a repeatable commercial engine.
This is an upmarket role. You’ll focus on large, regulated enterprises rather than mid-market or SMB customers. That means long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, procurement and security reviews, and significant contract values. You’ll own the full cycle end to end: identifying and opening target accounts, running discovery and pilots, navigating buying committees and closing. You’ll also build the infrastructure around you, including CRM, sequencing, reporting, messaging and an enterprise playbook. As the business grows, you’ll build and lead the team.
There’s already real inbound interest from content, events, community and the founders’ network. But this role isn’t about working warm leads. It’s for a genuine enterprise hunter who can break into large accounts, find the right people inside them, and create opportunities from nothing.
6+ years in B2B sales, including a strong track record closing enterprise deals, ideally gained at least partly at a startup or scale‑up. Specifically, you:
Experience selling into financial services (banks, insurers, asset or wealth managers) is a big advantage, especially in RegTech, compliance, risk or fintech software. A strong enterprise track record in LegalTech, HealthTech or another regulated sector is also very relevant.
You’re joining early enough to have real influence. The product is proven with established customers, momentum is building, and the next chapter is about landing and expanding with the biggest organisations in the market. If you love winning large, complex deals but want to build a function (and eventually lead a team) rather than just carry a bag, this is a strong next step.
