Qualifications

- Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux in a software support context.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to clients through phone, chats, and tickets.
- Technical and functional support for Interactive Brokers platforms.
- Desktop applications (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Mobile applications (Android and iOS).
- Troubleshooting and support for web-based offerings.
- Issue management with focus on wide-scale technical issues.
