Job summary

Steer is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Bids Team in the UK. You will own opportunity sourcing, portal submission coordination, and maintain high data integrity across multiple trackers and ERP systems.

The role involves engaging with cross-functional teams, clearing backlogs, and improving bidding processes to help win more bids. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Consultants to ensure timely proposals, monitor high-value opportunities, and support governance with

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Transport/Infrastructure Planning, or a related field.
• Strong record-keeping with data accuracy across tracking systems and ERPs (e.g., Agresso).
• Clear, professional communication with senior stakeholders; able to train others and present executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Portal Management & Submission Coordination: maintain sourcing portals and coordinate timely submissions.
• Opportunity Sourcing & Distribution: triage and distribute opportunities to colleagues within 24 hours.
• Pipeline & Tracker Management: maintain data integrity across trackers and drive decisions on high-value opportunities (>£100k).
• Framework & Rebate Management: track renewal cycles and process rebate claims with Finance.
• Logging, Reporting & Administration: process proposals and log outcomes; prepare weekly executive reports.
• Process Improvement & Feedback: capture client feedback, train colleagues, and explore AI tools for monitoring.
