Steer is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Bids Team in the UK. You will own opportunity sourcing, portal submission coordination, and pipeline management, acting as a central POC between consultancy, finance, and business development.

The role involves maintaining live records, elevating issues, and driving improvements to bidding processes. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, superb organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to liaise

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Transport/Infrastructure Planning, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portal submissions and ensure timely, compliant bid responses.
• Triages opportunities from external portals and distributes to colleagues within 24 hours.
• Maintain data integrity across tracker systems and reports for executive review.
• Identify process improvements and introduce automation to monitor bids.
