Job summary

Aareon, a Europe-wide provider of SaaS for real estate, is seeking a highly organised Bids & Proposals Coordinator in the UK. You will coordinate tenders, bids and framework applications with the Customer Solutions team, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and governance across portals.

Working with the Customer Solutions Director and sales, you will drive process excellence, prepare proposals, and maintain bid content libraries while supporting strategic business development in the social

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal process across multiple opportunities.
• Manage bid programmes and submission timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed bid plans for opportunities.
• Schedule bid kick-off meetings, reviews and submission sign-off activities.
• Track progress and identify risks to successful submissions.
• Ensure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and high quality.
