Job summary

Steer is looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to join the Bids Team in the UK. You will own opportunity sourcing, portal submission coordination, and pipeline management, ensuring live records and timely distribution across cross-functional teams.

You will maintain data integrity in trackers and ERP systems like Agresso, monitor external portals, and generate weekly reports for executives. The role involves proactive process improvements and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Transport/Infrastructure Planning or a related field.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with data accuracy across systems.
• Clear, professional communication with senior stakeholders and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sourcing portals, monitor alerts and coordinate submissions.
• Triages and distributes opportunities to colleagues within 24 hours.
• Keep tracker data accurate across Opportunities, EOI/PIN, and Pipeline.
• Follow up on outcomes and support bid decision-making for high-value opportunities (>£100k).
• Log proposals, prepare weekly executive reports and drive process improvements.
