Job summary

Nadson Consulting Limited is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to support a regional principal contractor in central London. You will help manage bid responses, maintain a structured bid library, and ensure timely, consistent materials across opportunities.

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will gather information from internal stakeholders, manage deadlines, and contribute to high-quality submissions. Hybrid working is available, with a balance of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or proposals within construction or built environment
• Understanding of public sector procurement processes (tenders, frameworks, DPS)
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written English with editing and proofreading ability
• High attention to detail and document control discipline
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Bid Library, including case studies and CVs
• Store and organise responses and supporting content
• Regularly review and update content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Work with subject matter experts to refresh and expand library materials
• Implement best practices for document management and accessibility
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all stored content
• Review tender documentation and identify key requirements
• Support Writers and key stakeholders with the development of compelling, compliant responses
