Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support end-to-end bid processes across three sectors. You will work with the Head of Bidding and Sector Leads to manage qualification, storyboard sessions, and input from stakeholders, ensuring branding and security standards are met.

You will maintain case study and CV libraries, coordinate multiple bids (often remotely via Slack), and deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines within a hybrid Manchester/London footprint.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy, organisational, communication and collaboration skills are prerequisites.
• Evidence of high standards of written English and attention to detail is required.
• Fluency with Google Workspace tools and MS Office is advantageous; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring framework portals to identify new bid opportunities aligned to Naimuri’s capabilities.
• Schedule qualification, storyboarding sessions and review calls amid multiple bids.
• Maintain bid folder hierarchies for effective knowledge management.
