Job summary

The Bid Coordinator at Naimuri will support the Business Development function by guiding bids through the end-to-end process, from pre-qualification to sign-off, ensuring adherence to documented workflows.

You will maintain case study and CV libraries, coordinate inputs from technical, marketing, delivery, commercial and legal teams, and help keep proposals aligned with branding and security standards while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in capture, bidding or procurement is desirable.
• Strong IT literacy and excellent written English.
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with monitoring framework portals to identify bid opportunities.
• Scheduling qualification, storyboarding sessions and review calls.
• Maintaining bid folder hierarchies for knowledge management.
• Collaborating with bid teams across functions using Slack.
• Coordinating proposal input from technical, marketing, delivery, commercial and legal.
• Ensuring documents follow branding guidelines, formatting quality and security standards.
• Coordinating additions to our case study and CV libraries and generating artefacts.
• Supporting other related tasks and tight deadlines as needed.
