Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing professional to join their BD&M Team. The role can be based from six offices (Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London or Manchester) with hybrid working available.

You will support events follow-up, client communications, sales enablement, and collaboration between fee-earners and marketing to convert opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials and product sheets.
• Understanding of basic BD processes including lead follow-up and pipeline support.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions and extract information.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure follow-through to completion.
• Comfortable working with data, reviewing reports, spotting inconsistencies and pulling key points for updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and lead tracking.
• Advise on invite data selection and audience targeting to maximise attendance and pipeline generation.
• Support the development and progression of pipelines identifying event-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-up actions and outcomes.
• Attend meetings to capture BD-related actions and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Assist in pipeline tracking and in preparing summaries of BD activity for monthly reports.
