Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our six-office team (Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London or Manchester) with hybrid working. You’ll support events, client communications, and sales enablement, coordinating between fee-earners and marketing to convert opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Ideal candidates will have BD collateral experience, basic BD process knowledge, and strong CRM/reporting skills, with an eye for detail

Qualifications

• Experience creating BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of BD processes: lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and pipeline tracking.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related enquiries promptly and liaise with BD Manager for escalations.
• Support BD Manager with pipeline tracking and monthly reporting.
