Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing professional to join our BD&M Team from any of our six offices, with hybrid working options. You will support growth plans, client engagement, and pipeline development by managing event follow-up and coordinating between fee-earners and marketing.

The role focuses on client communications, sales enablement, and providing BD-related support across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of BD processes: lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and pipeline support.
• Comfort with CRM systems to log actions and extract reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars with timely communication and lead tracking.
• Advise on invite data selection and audience targeting to maximise attendance and pipeline.
• Support pipeline development from event-generated leads and maintain records.
• Attend meetings to capture BD actions and communicate growth priorities to the team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, sheets).
