Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of growth plans across all six offices (Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London, Manchester) with hybrid working options. You will manage event follow-ups, assist with client engagement, create BD materials, and coordinate between fee-earners and the marketing team to drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding BD processes including lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.
• Comfortable working with data—reviewing simple reports and pulling out key points for BD Manager updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking of opportunities.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities to the marketing team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related enquiries promptly and escalate complex queries or opportunities as needed.
• Support BD Manager with pipeline tracking and monthly activity summaries.
