Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing coordinator to join the team across our multiple offices with hybrid working options. You will drive event follow-ups, client communications, and sales enablement, coordinating between fee-earners and marketing to convert opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

You will manage pipeline activities, maintain BD materials, and support the BD Manager with reporting, while ensuring accurate data and timely actions

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of basic BD processes such as lead follow‑up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication, effective lead management, and accurate tracking of opportunities arising from attendee engagement.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities to the marketing team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related enquiries promptly and professionally and escalate complex queries to the BD Manager.
• Support BD Manager with pipeline tracking and reporting and prepare summaries of BD activity for monthly reports.
