Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking an Operations Executive on an 18-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end B2B order management from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. You will liaise with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and warehouse partners to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and a proactive approach to problem solving, with hybrid working schedules combining home and office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to own tasks and workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially in Dynamics 365 and reporting.
• Proactive problem-solving with initiative and proper escalation when needed.
• Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Ability to collaborate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and warehouse partners.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of B2B orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate entry, validation and delivery.
• Serve as main contact for customers and internal stakeholders on order queries, amendments, ETAs and delivery issues.
• Manage orders with warehouse partners, monitor progress and mitigate delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches by validating customer POs and aligning to forecasts.
• Provide stock, availability and ETA reporting to retailers and the Commercial team.
• Coordinate returns/RTVs from creation to closure and reconciliations.
• Lead investigations into order shortages and delivery discrepancies and communicate outcomes.
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation within timelines.
• Own month-end order and phasing activities and report risks to the Operations Manager.
• Monitor performance and identify recurring issues to improve processes and controls.
• Drive operational projects and process improvements to completion.
• Maintain accurate operational records and cross-functional reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges.
