Job summary

Cureyoursearch Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day B2B operations and lead a growing Sales Support team within a UK-wide business. The role is hybrid, with 2 days on-site, and offers a real opportunity to build scalable processes as the operation expands.

You’ll take ownership of the journey from quote to order, ensuring fast, consistent service while developing and embedding KPI-driven workflows. The team may grow from two to around five as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience building, documenting and improving operational processes.
• Ownership of operational performance and driving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and performance management.
• Experience in a B2B, contracting, property services or multi-site retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-driven approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with systems, CRM and operational reporting.
• Ability to stay calm and make sensible decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day B2B operations, including quotes, orders, customer queries, escalations and aftercare.
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support team.
• Build, document and continuously improve operational processes.
• Introduce clear workflows, SLAs and priorities to ensure consistent service levels.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplicated work and manual processes and find better ways of working.
• Work with stores, fitting teams, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with the Key Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships.
• Help develop and embed CRM processes.
• Monitor KPIs, including fulfilment, turnaround, queries and SLA performance.
• Manage competing priorities with a strong customer-service focus.
• Ensure health, safety and security requirements are followed.
