Job summary

The Talent Edit Group is seeking an Operations Manager for a luxury beauty and wellness brand. You will own end-to-end order fulfilment, connect customers with warehouses and shipping partners, and lead a CIN7 ERP implementation from configuration to rollout.

You should have proven operations experience in beauty or FMCG, superb process improvement instincts, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within beauty, cosmetics, wellness or FMCG.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, BOMs and SKU management for end-to-end product journeys.
• Familiarity with CIN7 or similar ERP system is a plus; strong interest in systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment, linking customers, warehouses and shipping partners.
• Oversee warehouse operations and 3PL relationships across the UK and US.
• Coordinate global distribution, imports and exports, ensuring correct incoterms and shipping documents.
• Lead the CIN7 implementation, coordinating with developers and 3PL for configuration and testing.
• Manage customer service through Gorgias, resolving issues before they escalate.
• Handle purchase orders and supplier relationships, balancing cost, quality and service.
• Produce operational reports in Excel that drive decisions.
• Support customer onboarding and cross-departmental projects as they arise.
